Business consulting services are in high demand with the increase in regulation by government agencies in Energy, Accounting, and Financial Services.  While bigger companies like McKinsey & Co. have dominated the services arena in the past, smaller companies have gone public and look to compete with them today.

Micro cap companies like Premier Alliance Group are one of many firms pooping up and taking advantage of the influx in regulation by providing services to firms are creating value by finding inefficiencies to correct. While McKinsey & Company touts itself as  a global management consulting firm and a trusted advisor to the world's leading businesses, governments, and institutions, smaller firms have localized their efforts and are now giving them a run for the money. Moreover, unlike the bahemouth, which is still privately held, these tiny companies in comparison have stock you can buy.  All of the following companies below are considered micro cap stocks with market caps under $300 Million and extremely low Betas.
